Key DCO documents

The DCO application includes an extensive series of documents, such as a Draft Development Consent Order describing the powers being sought, the Environmental Statement assessing the potential effects and proposed mitigation measures associated with the Scheme, and a Consultation Report describing the phases of consultation undertaken and how feedback has influenced our proposals.

We have produced a Guide to the Application (which can also be found via the Planning Inspectorate Webpage for the Scheme).

The Examination Library contains all application documents, comments and evidence that has been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate so far. It will be updated regularly throughout the Pre-Examination and Examination process.

The Application documents are available for electronic inspection via computer, free of charge, at the following locations and times set out below:

• Loddon Library, 31 Church Plain, Loddon, NR14 6EX. Open Monday 10am to 7pm (staffed), Tuesday and Wednesday 8am to 7pm (unstaffed), Thursday and Friday 10am to 7pm (staffed), Saturday 1pm to 4pm (staffed) and Sunday 10am to 4pm (unstaffed)

• Poringland Library, Overtons Way, Poringland, Norwich, NR14 7WB. Open Monday 2pm to 7pm (staffed), Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 7pm (staffed), Thursday 8am to 7pm (unstaffed), Friday 2pm to 7pm (staffed), Saturday 10am to 4pm (staffed) and Sunday 10am to 4pm (unstaffed)

• Bungay Community Library, Wharton Street, Bungay, NR35 1EL. Open Monday 9am to 14:30 and Tuesday to Saturday 9am to 5pm. Closed on Sunday.
