Key DCO documents
The DCO application includes an extensive series of documents, such as a Draft Development Consent Order describing the powers being sought, the Environmental Statement assessing the potential effects and proposed mitigation measures associated with the Scheme, and a Consultation Report describing the phases of consultation undertaken and how feedback has influenced our proposals.
We have produced a Guide to the Application (which can also be found via the Planning Inspectorate Webpage for the Scheme).
The Examination Library contains all application documents, comments and evidence that has been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate so far. It will be updated regularly throughout the Pre-Examination and Examination process.
