Update - April 2026

We are please to confirm that the Planning Inspectorate has accepted our Development Consent Order application for East Pye Solar for Examination.

The Scheme will now move into the pre-examination stage, followed by examination.

Samantha Jones, Project Development Manager, said:

‘This is an important step forward for East Pye Solar. Reaching acceptance reflects the work carried out to date, including engagement with local communities and stakeholders. We now look forward to the Examination process and continuing those conversations.’
