How to provide us with your views
We’d really like to hear your views on our proposals. Your feedback is important to us. You can submit your comments to this consultation online and in writing. To respond to this consultation, you can:

Send us an email. Any emails sent to info@eastpyesolar.co.uk during the consultation period will also be considered as feedback.
Fill in a feedback form by picking up a copy at one of our events, at one of our CAP sites or by asking us to send one to you directly. Then just fill in your details and post it back to us at FREEPOST EAST PYE SOLAR. Any letters sent to this address during the consultation will also be considered as feedback.
You may complete as many sections of the feedback form as you would like, and please ensure you submit the whole form even if you do not answer all of the questions.
You do not have to supply personal details; however, it will help us work together towards meeting the needs of the public during the consultation period and enable us to contact you regarding East Pye Solar. Your personal details will be stored in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by Counter Context, acting on behalf of the East Pye Solar Limited and will not be shared with any third parties. The Preliminary Environmental Information Report (PEIR), a technical document that sets out the initial findings of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to date and identifies proposed mitigation measures to control or reduce environmental effects the Scheme may have on the environment.
The PEIR Non-Technical Summary (PEIR NTS) – a non-technical summary of the findings and information presented in the PEIR.
A Community consultation postcard, which was sent to residents and businesses located in the vicinity of the Scheme.
Our Phase Two Consultation Information Leaflet, which provides an overview of our updated proposals, what we are consulting on and how you can take part.
Our Phase Two Consultation Feedback Form, which includes a number of questions for you to respond to during this consultation.
Maps and plans, include the Indicative Masterplan and individual maps showing the 10 Solar PV Sites, BESS Sites and National Grid Substation Sites.

Please get it touch if you would like any printed copies of these materials or if you require these documents in a particular format (e.g. large print, Braille or alternative languages).
All consultation materials except the PEIR and PEIR NTS are available free of charge in printed copies. A hard copy of the PEIR and PEIR NTS can be provided on request during the consultation period, though there will be a cost associated with this. The cost of printing and delivering the PEIR is £750.
